The Yard is free to join and free to list. If your item sells through a connection made here, the expected honor fee is 1% of the final sale price.
The fee should feel like a handshake, not a shakedown.

Members post their own listing, handle their own buyer messages, and make their own deal.
Expected honor fee: 1% when sold through The Yard.
Assisted Sale
If Arborist Outfitters helps write, promote, share, verify, or directly connect buyers for a high-value listing, a separate assisted-sale success fee should be agreed to in writing before the extra work begins.
Suggested assisted sale: 1.5% to 2% by written agreement.
